New Staffing Solutions is helping staff professional HR positions in Anchorage and rural Alaska.  If you have a Bachelor’s Degree, solid HR knowledge, and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get busy making a difference, then we can probably put you to work.

Our clients are willing to consider tailoring the job level based on the experience of the candidates they receive, from entry level professional up to the Director level.  Further, some assignments are temporary (with paid living expenses) and some are full-time regular.

These positions require self-managing, team centered, resourceful and driven individuals.

If you enjoy immersing yourself in the delivery of excellent professional HR services, then these hands on positions, which require take-charge incumbents, will be very fulfilling for you.  You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent computer skills.  A professional HR certification such as SPHR or PHR is strongly recommended for these jobs.
