West Sound Human Resource Management Association (WSHRMA) is a professional chapter affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). We are also associated with Northwest Human Resource Management Association (NHRMA). Membership in WSHRMA provides you with access to a local network of HR professionals, as well as professional development programs, products and services in our community that can broaden your skills and make you more valuable to your organization.

WSHRMA Mission
The mission of the West Sound Human Resource Management Association is to engage the human resource community by providing professional development, relationship-building opportunities and other resources, in order to enhance professional growth and optimize strategic workplace contributions in the greater West Sound area.
